Making Sense of Your Worth is a transformative curriculum created by Cindy R. Lee, LCSW, designed to help individuals explore the beliefs they hold about themselves and discover the truth of their inherent worth.

Through guided reflection and meaningful discussion, participants are invited to examine how life experiences have shaped their view of themselves, their relationships, and their sense of belonging. The journey is not about becoming someone different—it is about recognizing the value that has always been there.

Making Sense of Your Worth (Adults)

Making Sense of Your Worth helps adults explore how life experiences, relationships, successes, and hurts have shaped the way they view themselves. Through guided reflection and discussion, participants gain a deeper understanding of identity, attachment, shame, belonging, and self-worth. This journey encourages healing, personal growth, and the discovery of the truth that your worth is not something you earn—it is something you already possess.

Making Sense of Your Worth (Teens)

Description:

Designed specifically for adolescents, this curriculum helps teens navigate identity, friendships, social pressures, and self-image during a critical stage of development. Participants learn to recognize their value, build healthy relationships, and develop confidence rooted in who they are rather than external validation.

Parenting for Self-Worth

Parenting for Self-Worth equips parents and caregivers with practical tools to nurture healthy self-worth in children through connection, empathy, and relationship. Participants learn how their own experiences influence parenting, how children develop a sense of worth, and how to create environments where children feel seen, safe, valued, and connected.

Anchored (Faith Based Version)

Anchored combines the foundational principles of Making Sense of Your Worth with a biblical perspective on identity and value. Participants explore what Scripture teaches about worth, belonging, grace, and purpose while developing a deeper understanding of who they are in Christ. This journey helps individuals move beyond performance and into a secure identity rooted in God’s truth.
