Making Sense of Your Worth
Making Sense of Your Worth is a transformative curriculum created by Cindy R. Lee, LCSW, designed to help individuals explore the beliefs they hold about themselves and discover the truth of their inherent worth.
Through guided reflection and meaningful discussion, participants are invited to examine how life experiences have shaped their view of themselves, their relationships, and their sense of belonging. The journey is not about becoming someone different—it is about recognizing the value that has always been there.
As a certified facilitator, I am honored to walk alongside participants as they grow in self-awareness, connection, and confidence.
We invite you to join us as we explore a simple but powerful truth: your worth is not something you have to earn—it is something you already possess.
Whether you are exploring your own story, supporting a teen, strengthening your parenting journey, or seeking a faith-based approach, there is a pathway designed for you.
